After earning a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Realtions from University of Toronto and a Masters of Science in Leadership & Human Resource Development  from Louisiana State University, Emily began her journey in HR, rapidly ascending through the ranks with a keen understanding of talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
